Update by user Jul 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jul 25, 2021 Was not able to cancel my reservation. I have been ill and just got on my feet. I cannot make the trip and wanted a refund or credit. They did not give me any other way to help. User's recommendation: Cancellation to fare in advance.
