I was scheduled to take an exam. I gave my ID, took pictures of my environment, took videos of my environment, took off my watch and fitbit, covered up stuff, and took pictures off the wall; the test never launched. I never received my test. One person chatted with me after an hour of waiting, but was absolutely no help at all. I'm pissed! What a waste of my time.
