Errors when I registered for the Smart Home

My registration for the Smart Home on HGTV went fine, however, when I attempted to register on Discovery, 2 buttons became marked that I did not mark. I do not want the year's subscription to the magazine at this time. I did not request an email that was selected as well. I could not deselect either button. Please correct these errors. Thank you, Ann Baker User's recommendation: Be careful when you register for sweepstakes. Corrections to the registration form may not be possible.
