Unable to process credit card, EVEN THOUGH they processed the card!

I ordered a gift for my daughter and waited patiently for its delivery. I received and email that the item was in for engraving but the credit card was declined. I called NON-customer service and gave them the same numberTHREE different times. The charge is there HOWEVER I am STILL getting emails that it is paid!!! I cancelled order today!! User's recommendation: Stay away..FAR AWAY!!!! These people are a disgrace!
