Hello, I have tried numerous times to reach someone, anyone, at Bradford Exchange! So far I have been ignored as far as I can tell! No return emails at all. had to search the web for help! Unacceptable! Just want to get my account straight, get my password reset, which I have made over a dozen request using the link on the site and got absolutely no where! If this is how customers are treated I will be canceling any and all orders! User's recommendation: Make sure you get good contact info from these folks and an invoice!
