Customer service has been awful. Long wait times to be awaited and I have requested many times to cancel the account and do not send any more items and they still keep sending. And in regards to a recent shipment I did not receive. Im getting billed for it. Something of a lamp. Remove this charge. I do not want that item and PLEASE STOP ALL FUTURE SHIPMENTS!
