Snapple with Lemon in plastic bottles has a different taste and a terrible after taste. My thinking is that it is because you are putting a hot product into a plastic bottle. The heat from the tea is then effecting the plastic which is breaking down the plastic and bleeding/leaking the plastic product into the Snapple liquid. Not only is the taste and aftertaste bad, I am concerned about the potential health issues related to the ingestion of the plastic residue that bled into the product. User's recommendation: Arizona comes in cans, taste is a bit sweeter, but no after taste, better flavor than plastic Snapple, and better price point.
