Hotel had lot lizards, homeless, and drug users sleeping on beds in the front of the hotel. Doors were missing from multiple rooms, glass broken from windows.. Not safe to stay there. Had to get a payday loan to afford another room for the night. Customer service was no help, and didn't even know I booked through travelocity. Sat on hold for four hours. something has to be done. The pictures on the app are nothing like the actual location. That's false advertisement. User's recommendation: Use hotels.com.
