I wait 2 plus hours to talk to someone. Then the hang-up one me every time. I call back and last night it took over 3 hours and they hang up ive been trying to resolve my refund since the beginning of june 2021 and i can't even speak to anyone. They said wait 5 business days and tell get back to me which they didnt and got an email saying they will call me in 24 hours and they didnt agin i spen over 2200 and cant talk to anyone with my refund and i got the insurance so i wouldn't have this problem and i am. Dont ever go with tavelocity they just take ur money!!!!
