Problems with my 2017 v6 Subaru

I have a 2017 Subaru Outback that is on transmission number 3 and no one knows why this is happening. I have had my car serviced, and the dealership told me that they don't know what the issue is, and I should contact Subaru directly. When I spoke to Subaru, they told me that they won't buy back the car, and it's not a Lemon and will not qualify for the Lemon law. I only asked them to fix my car. After a long talk, they told me to purchase a new car. What kind of *** poor service is this. User's recommendation: Buyer beware a warranty is only as good as the company supporting it.
