QB Converted us to online without telling us and now they are withdrawing Funds from our checking account without authorization for renewal. Attempted to contact someone on several occasions and only get the runaround and never talk to a human. When you don't renew they lock your account so you can't get to your files. Something needs to be done about this Illegal practice. When you go to cancel you only get screens that will not allow you to type in the username or password.? Practicepractice User's recommendation: Switch to another program and upload all of your files before you get off a quick book into excel.
