QuickBooks customer service doesn’t answer the phone anymore

I have used QB for years and always thought they had good customer service. Now when I call they want me to go to the help menu and figure out my problem myself. Does anyone know a phone number that I can use for Enhanced Payroll and customer service. My old manager hasn't worked for the company in 9 years and they want her to call or make changes. I'm pulling my hair out I am so frustrated!
