Update by user Aug 04, 2021 Two days after I posted on pissedconsumer.com I decided to call Intuit again; to my surprise I was assigned a representative within a few seconds. Was it a coincidence, was it because I was trying for days or was it because I posted on pissedconsumer.com?. Original review posted by user Jul 05, 2021 A purchased product, not a subscription, has expired for the third time. I spent 1 hour and 23 minutes on hold just to get cut off as soon as representative came online. User's recommendation: There must be another product out there than can replace QuickBooks.
