Problem with filter wont seal

I would like to speak with a live person, not through email or have to wait 2 days for a return call. The model of my pool is oval and measures 16 ft × 10 ft × 48inch deep. The filter keeps leaking when the pump is not running and can't get it to stop, I need assistance right away, thank you.
