I’m still trying to pay my bill before the late charges

The website has been down for days now and when I call to pay my bill I get put on hold forever. All you get when you go to their website is a picture of a cloud and the comment "Oops, looks like we've got our heads in the clouds" and site under maintenance. It's as if they want to charge late fees intentionally. I've called the company number 5 times and they just keep putting me on hold. They may be going out of business. All I want to do is pay our bill. Luckily there are other companies that sell the same items and some for less than the feel good store. I'm so done with this company.
