Have worked with Drake Software for more than 10 years. Not perfect but overall very satisfied until last year. When real estate taxes are deducted on multiple forms they do not reconcile to $10,000 limitation on Schedule A. For 2019 I was able make adjustment on line 6 of Schedule A. For 2020 (and now updated to 2019) no negative adjustment permitted in software. Told to paper file. User's recommendation: I have written to the company. See if they care.
