I purchased an S22i NordicTrack studio cycle (Icon Fitness) October 2020 for $2,400. As of 12/26/2020, the bike does not work, even after a technician came out to service the bike and replace the controller. Icon has awful customer support, they are very difficult to connect with, parts take 3-4 weeks to arrive and the bike remains unusable. I regret my purchase. Do not buy this bike...go with Peleton...or better yet, join a health club. User's recommendation: avoid Icon Fitness.
