Let me start by saying Ive owned multiple Nordic track items without issue but unfortunately my bike at 13 months old experienced multiple electrical problems the repair technician is great. I purchased an extended warranty but had to order my own parts at techs behest and coordinate shipping and return for repair after waiting for the technician to contact me for the first appointment most ridiculous system Ive ever seen parts and shipping were free but had to pay labor which is the only thing I didnt have to do . User's recommendation: Buy something else just because of the service.
