Original review updated by user Jul 07, 2021 I called the warranty place for Wolfgang's items because the small Rice Cooker I bought as a gift did not work at all. That was in February it is now July. I did receive a housing replacement finally yesterday BUT it was for some kind of oven not a small Rice Cooker. Jazmine is the WORST!!! and so is this warranty Co. Snt them a picture, paid the shipping 3 months ago and she rudely told me they are human and make mistakes! No apology NOTHING! And will send the correct item in a week and a half.
