Since that incident,I've been back to the store FOUR times to resolve the issue and drop off an estimate I got myself. I was told back in March that someone would contact me to see the vehicle.Two weeks ago I went back to the store to complain again.I asked the clerk for the name of their ins. co.but she said she couldn't give it to me.She gave me her Managers cell phone number. ( Dan (352-606-****).I called him twice and he never called me back!! What kind of MANAGER is that?? I got another estimate yesterday ($465). First estimate was over $800 I will be going with the lesser estimate .
