I had 15 cent off gas. I used my debit card put $50 on card. Only needed 1/2 tank, $24.50. Cashier tells me my bank will reimburse me. My bank shows $50 purchase.
I feel that I was scamed. The cashier told me the $50 would go on cash card. When I went to pump, it was already set to pump gas. I had the cash card in hand but didn't use at pump. So before leaving I called to verify amount on the cash card, it was zero. I went back inside. And was told bank would refund the difference. Cashier also took back cash card. I don't think so. I need my money back. I have both receipts, one with $50 purchase for what I thought was going on cash card per cashier. And the 2nd receipt for charge of $24.50. Please handle this issue promptly.
