The home was supposed to have been inspected by Keller Williams pick of inspectors and after we bought the house. We were out $9,000.00 + to put in a new H-Vac because the vents had not been inspected and had crumbled. We were told that we would have had to ask them to do it and at an additional cost. We would have done this if we had know to. User's recommendation: Don't use Keller Williams as you cannot count on the agents to tell you everything you need to know.
