I waited a month for these backpacks! Whenever there was something wrong with my order, I was only ever informed through the website. No notification or email or anything, just a comment on the order that I could only see after logging in. When I finally did receive my order, a month past when I needed it and paid for it to arrive, several of the backpacks were damaged and unusable. User's recommendation: Don't order large quantities.
