Update by user Mar 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They gave me store credit and I had to repurchase the item. Original review posted by user Mar 20, 2021 One of the items in my order was not the size I ordered. I took pics and emailed them and received a response in about a day or two. They refunded my purchase for that item and that then I had to repurchase the item. The item was on sale however it was not as discounted as when I had bought the item, so I had to pay a tiny bit more. Also, the size I wanted had been sold out at by that point. Overall I am pleased with the transaction. Thank you! User's recommendation: If you have issues with your order make sure you attach pictures/screenshots to your emails. It helps a lot!
