The whole process was "painless" and there was no pressure! From our initial meeting with the company rep to the installation the next day by the sub, it was a very professional and almost enjoyable experience. Both individuals took the time to explain the product and process, and to answer any questions my wife and I had. I highly recommend LeafFilter! -Richard B.
