Why my LinkedIn account is restricted

Good morning. I'm writing to seek for assistance on reopening my account which have been restricted for the past 14 days now. I have tried uploading my drivers license as an ID to verify my identity but still no success please advise on how to proceed am loosing contacts and business on my behalf thanks. Attached is the copy of my identity card
