Long delay on being refunded for cancellation

I cancelled 3/13/20. Was told full refund 7-10 business days, which was also on their website. Called after 10 days, was told would be 30 days. Called after 30 days was told it would be 60 days. I called after getting cancellation notice, it only contained cruise booking credit; did not include credits for shore excursions, on board reservations, etc. You cannot see anywhere, how will be refunded and when it will occur, you have to keep calling. Princess is still booking future cruises and accepting payments on future cruises while refunds on cancellations are being held. Would give a zero on Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy if possible. User's recommendation: Avoid Princess.
