Not getting my 500 credit .

Wr did the paperwork for the car that we wanted. The next day the car prise was dropped from 10.799 to 10.299 so I called and let them know at the dealership. They told me that they dropped the price on the internet so I can get my 500 credit that makes no sense at all I still should get my 500 discount. I'm so frustrated !
