Repeated misbillings, unable to get SWG to resond

SWG repeatedly has claimed my payments have been returned by my bank, though the bank says they have had no payments presented or refused. Likely account # incorrect in SWG new improved system but am completely frustrated at being unable to contact a human there to correct. Finally got one person who only removed their $14 returned check fee but basic problem unchanged. Have spent many hours trying to contact SWG: phone hold times between 1/2 and 2hrs., website wont respond for at least a week. No problems with SWG until new system began. SWG now user-hostile.
