Primarily letting the company know someone was fraudulently making a billing claim about an account which I never had. Offered to send a copy of the e-mail to Norton for further examination. I did not get any actual communication back from Norton. However, thus far my bank funds have not been violated, so we can say Norton is dealing with it, or has resolved it to their satisfaction. User's recommendation: Stay vigilant.
