Had to deal with T-Mobile not giving correct account number twice. Then, the next day I could not text pics from Pure Talk service, on hold, hung up on, asked to do a survey and I had not talked to anyone? I am on the phone waiting now. I do not understand why nothing can go easily it's a bunch of people and businesses that just don't know what Customer Service Involves. Furthermore, I see this behavior in EVERY Industry. They get your money and spotty service is what you get. So far I give them 1 star. I will change it after this phone call if need be.
