Poor Service an unable to port my #s to a new provider.

I just filed a complaint with FCC, I've tried to get my numbers (Business) ported to Consumer Cellular and they will not release them. So I've been out of cell service for 2 weeks. Their customer service doesn't know what they're doing. You wait for 30-45 minutes before reaching someone. They are closed on weekends. User's recommendation: Do NOT use this company. No matter how cheap they are.
