After 30 to 60 minutes on the phone, nothing was resolved. After following all instructions the connection said goodbye and hung up and now there is another charge on my Discover card for $4.95 that needs to be removed. So tired of these phone tree scams. User's recommendation: Don't call 1-86*-***-**** do dispute and credit card changes, they are uselesd.
