Drag 2 not working and no one ever contacted me

I purchased a brand new drag 2 I got to use it for an entire whole two weeks and it popped up one day with a timeout issue I searched everywhere on how to fix this and cannot find any way whatsoever I was told to refresh it or update the software which it will not let me do anything I sent an email to you guys it's been a while now so I've had it for for months now just sitting in a drawer I paid $125 plus tax for it and I'm upset I said money to buy this product I don't have a job due to the coronavirus and now I have nothing still except for my old piece of junk now you've come up with a drag 3 witch I want really bad I've spent probably $500 on your product so far and that's not including all of the coils that I buy is there any way that you can help me in replacement of this I know it's out of warranty but I believe you sent me an email telling me about coronavirus and nobody to help me and that's where I was at with this ? Is everybody back to work? User's recommendation: I'm not sure what I'm writing for I'm just trying to get my mod I am not yet a pissed customer but I am a little upset due to the fact that I never received an email and now I'm way outside of my warranty. I understand due to the coronavirus they were understaffed but I don't think that is the issue now I just don't have the time to sit and sit and wait for a email or a phone call which would have been appropriate so I will respond back to this email after I receive an answer which I'm hoping is going to be positive but I have issues with the smoke company already because they told me to jump through all these hoops and send videos and all this other stuff and they said they can't help me so I don't want to go past this point with voopoo because they haven't given me that reason yet unless they telling me that since I'm not a warranty I am Sol and I will be an angry customer not pissed.
