Not a good experience at the Ontario, CA location. Rigo tried to upsell me, refused to sell the proper H rated tire and made a bunch of excuses to get me to purchase the V rated tire "because it's a Tesla." When I asked to speak to the manager, Gabriel, he was not much better and had a bad attitude. Claiming legal liability if they didn't install the V rated tire. Finally, after talking for over 15 minutes, he finally admitted the H rated tire is fine for the Tesla. What a waste of time. I also noticed that someone named "Rigo" recently rated this location as 5 star -- now I'm wondering if many of these reviews are fake and from employees. SMH. I am going to Les Schwab, Tire Rack, Amazon, anywhere else is fine! User's recommendation: stay away.
