I had bought a ECM espresso machine from them. Couple of months later it stopped heating up though the pump seem to be working. I contacted them at that time and they Asked me to contact the manufacturer and get me running around in circles. I have again tried to contact them recently to go ahead and pay for the shipping but get the machine repaired and I have still not heard back User's recommendation: Beware of what you buy make sure that you clarify returns and repairs very clearly.
