Problem with service center in Hyderabad

I own a Jeep compass and recently got into an accident. Had to take my car to the only Jeep workshop in Hyderabad, Pride Motors on 10 Feb 21. Insurance inspection completed on 11 and claim was approved. It's been 5 days and the service team didn't start the work yet. Please help I am a working person and have to travel on daily basis. Upon asking the tentative date of delivery they are not sure.
