Problems with my Jeep that the dealer isn’t fixing

Yes when I bought my Jeep not 60 days ago I wasn't told that my entertainment system would not work come Dec. Of 2021 because jeep is going 4G and my vehicle isn't one that can be updated from 3G not only that but the dealership had me pay 149.00 to update its software which didn't do any good at all..... I have been in contact with uconnect and they told me there is NO FIX!!
