Update by user Jun 24, 2021 still fighting they sent me two checked way under valued and to the Estate of My late wife which now I have to open an Estate Its now been over 4 months and still not resolved I dont even know who to reach out to any more Original review posted by user May 25, 2021 My wife passed away of Covid on March 3 2021 we had the policy since 2013 me and my wife went in the hospital on Jan 29,2012 i got out the 30th my wife never got out I've contacted Aflac 2 to 4 times a week since then and sent over 700 pages of doc what they asked for med records death certificates ub40 and they still say its not enough i am living with grief and User's recommendation: horrible company.
