To make a complaint on a manger
We opened out box of bacon and sausage and there was a balled up receipt inside. I called to tell the manager and he offered to remake the food, but was saying it was obviously an accident...no apology and making excuses for this? After I told him nevermind that we would not be back he simply said "your choice". User's recommendation: do not go to Gainesville VA IHOP.
