Technician cancels work order

I had a tech come today to clean carpets. I forgot my checkbook at home and asked if I could be billed. I called the company to see if this could be done. I was told no, so I had to get a credit card and use that. He came into the house and looked the rooms over. We came to the kitchen and he said that the company had cancelled the order. I was amazed the company would cancel, so I asked him if he had cancelled. He said no, the company did. But, he said he would look for the order. I needed the carpets cleaned today, so I said if he could not find it I will have to find another company. I left the room for a moment, when I got back he was gone. No see ya, nothing...gone. I called the office and said they had someone in the area, could be there in a minute. Same guy because he never came. The office said the order was never cancelled and someone will be there between 9-1 pm. I called several times, including the corporate office and same thing 9-1pm. By 12:55 no call or text. I called and now they tell me the order was cancelled by me because I was upset. I never cancelled and yes I was upset when the tech left without an explanation. I got no answers why this all happened. I will never deal with this company again. Lies are lies and not justifiable. There is no excuse for bad behavior like the tech. Lying on top, which the girls I spoke with on the phone made it sound like I was the one in the wrong. REALLY!!!
