The leads given were not actual buyer or seller leads in any way. When I was actually able to make contact with a "lead", which was extremely rare, most were mad I called and demanded to know where I got their info. After many hours wasted, I never got a single viable lead. I requested a refund, but was denied. After speaking to management I was sent a couple snarky emails &;;;; told that I had to cancel my service myself via an email, which I did. Now, a year later, I was charged again, nearly $1600. This company is a joke. I am still trying to reach someone to get my money back. Ugh!! User's recommendation: Do NOT waste your money!! Worst company & even worse customer service.
