Zelle does not care when you get screwed by others. When you pay for a product but do not receive the product they do not care. They still give the money to the person and do nothing to help you to get your money back. This is horrible. I will never use Zelle again and will encourage all my friends not to trust Zell with their money or for their business. User's recommendation: Stop ignoring fraud and scam and help your customers.
