I had the recurring payments set for hair dye. I went to use my 2nd one tonight and when I opened the box, the bottle of cream that you have to twist off was already 'off'. Looked Very damaged and almost the entire bottle was empty. NO idea where the liquid went. Everything else in the box was fine. I cancelled my recurring order but wanted to let you know that you need to check your products perhaps before sending them back out if returned?
