Customer service is horrible I should make it easier for someone to be able to reach someone Hulu needs to make it a lot easierFor a customer to pay a bill to be able to solve the issue with your account they need to fix the service making a lot more like Netflix User's recommendation: My recommendation for future customers ready to wait forever to get to a customer service rep.
