I have just started watching Hulu again. I've tried it 3 times and have always had trouble. The other night I talked to th most wonderful woman named Savannah. She helped me get the service I wanted. Tonight I had another problem so I called. Terrence answered and he was the most rude person I've ever dealt with. I'm sorry he has to work on a holiday but he shouldn't take it out on customers. He had me so upset I yelled at him. Told him I hoped it was being recorded because I wanted it all to be heard. Bottom line he's the reasons I cancelled this time. I will tell everyone I deal with about him. He shouldn't work in customer service Bad for your image.
