Registration process is worst experience You can Imagine. system is not user friendly. keeps rejecting MY registration. saying I need to register from same e-mail address I ordered it from. when I am using my magicjack e-mail address I ordered it from. Hard to find customer svc phone number. and could not understand what they said when I did make contact. they were of NO HELP!. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY magic jack. too hard to register. No customer service. I tried for three days to register new one and gave up.
