Over the past weekend, I have answered/inquired about Shih Tzu puppies. In each ad, no one could meet me right away to see and purchase a puppy, all wanted me to paypal/venmo a hefty deposit and could not arrange meeting for 2+ days. Every one of them offered pictures of their license, one even with him holding the license and picture of the "papers" for the dog. Interesting thing was that the picture of the papers were the exact same picture.. A couple of red flags included them sending a local address, which did not match license-all licenses were out of state They all had same approach out of the same manual. Very poor grammar and no t very pleasant all OOK. Interesting thin User's recommendation: Be Careful. ANyone should be able to allow you to see puppies before putting a deposit down.
