Dish extended my contract without advising me getting a replacement for non functioning Hopper

Hopper quit functioning. Called to get a working Hopper to have service. Rep said Dish would mail a replacement. I advised no way I could change out equipment. I am seriously physically challenged because of arthritis, an 80 year old widow, most friends have died and live in rural area. Rep advised Dish would schedule a tech to come out. After Hopper was changed out, my Dish bill increased by $10.39 and contract was extended, but neither was authorized by me. I called and complained, but Dish has done nothing to correct the situation! User's recommendation: Get local stations and one of many available streaming services or a different satellite provider!
