Item has not been shipped, its been a while since the order was placed

I have been waiting for my orders one was placed on July 17 the order number 451-****-**** and the other one was placed the July 7 the order number is 451-****-**** and when I track them it says shipping processing, so you havent even shipped them yet, its been quite a while, whats going on, I though you guys shipped within 5 business days or something like that. Please shipped them already or at least tell me why havent you shipped then yet. Thanks Luis Ramos
